The state dinner is taking place in The N?stor Kirchner Cultural center.

The N?stor Kirchner Cultural Center - An initiative of former Presidents N?stor Kirchner and his successor and widow, Cristina Fern?ndez de Kirchner, the building was designed to showcase Argentine culture. The former Central Post Office, known as the "Palacio de Correos" ("Postal Palace"), was transformed into a modern, sprawling, and diverse complex devoted to the visual and performing arts.
The dinner is in the Sal?n de los Escudos, a room with bagdes of all Argentinian provinces. There were white roses in the tables and candles.
POTUS and the First Lady entered in the room around 8.10 pm.
The First Lady was wearing a dress in beige tones and her hair up, like the wife of President Macri. Juliana Awada (Macri's wife) was wearing a dress in soft gray.
Macri spoke in English, first a bit in English and then in Spanish.
He said that Argentinians are "fascinated" with Michelle Obama and said the next time the First Family have to spend more days in the country (they are heading tomorrow to Bariloche and then going back at night to Washington).
"We share the same values", Macri said.
POTUS visit "is the perfect moment, the moment that Argentinians have decided that we want to build mature and sensible relations with all the countries". This relations are based in "mutual benefit and shared responsibilities".
"We have to move beyond old rancors between US and Latin America and look to the future".
"Clearly" this Hemisphere can be the one the best opportunities for our people, but for that "we have to work together".
Macri spoke about the importance of reduce the poverty and fight against drugs and terrorism.
"We have to improve, a lot, the quality of our democracy, defense of human rights and search of transparency".
"There aren't unfounded confrontations, don't expect that from us", Macri said. "With us you are going to have dialogue and good faith".
Argentina "is a country of dreamers and entrepreneurs".
