The Amir started off by asking POTUS whether he should speak in Arabic or English. POTUS: "whatever you prefer."
The Amir repeatedly said he would not repeat the points that POTUS had made, but also praised the strong bilateral relationship. But he spoke a bit about the Middle East peace process, which POTUS did not explicitly refer to.
"We have to find a solution for Palestine. And I'm happy to learn, to hear from you Mr President, that you're committed" to advancing the peace process (precised words drowned out by camera shutters).
