Pool entered Oval Office at 3:51 p.m. Indonesian President Joko Widodo was seated to President Obama's right wearing a dark suit, and white shirt and a red tie. Obama's remarks are as follows (please cross check with transcript)
"it's a great pleasure to welcome President Widodo to the Oval Office... It's a useful occasion for us to emphasize the strength of the bilateral relationship between two of the world's largest democracies."
"I have a very personal in Indonesia given my time there as a child....[but also] our partnership is very much in the interest of the United States given Indonesia's large population, its leadership in the region, its democratic positions, the fact that it is a large Muslim country with the position of tolerance moderation. And its role in trade and commerce and economic development."

"I complimented the president on a number of the reforms he has initiated and to discuss how we could continue to strengthen the trade investment and mutual relationships between our two countries... "
