POTUS delivered a 35 minute speech along the same lines as the previous one.
Outlining the following quote since we are on our way to Philadelphia : "This is, I think, going to be my last big event. I mean, we got one in Philly but, you know, Michelle is talking there so I won't get any attention", POTUS said to laughter.
The reason why this speech was slightly longer than the previous one is that POTUS took time to tell (one last time ?) the old "Fired up. Ready to go" story from the '08 campaign.
At the end of his speech, POTUS worked the rope line for a few minutes.
At 5:50pm, motorcade is rolling.
