From a WH official:
President Obama met today on the margins of the G-20 Summit in Antalya, Turkey with King Salman bin Abd al Aziz al Saud of Saudi Arabia. In the wake of the horrific attacks in France, the two leaders committed to redouble efforts to defeat ISIL. They agreed on the importance of sustained progress toward a ceasefire and a parallel process leading to a political transition in Syria. They welcomed the positive outcomes of the November 14 meeting of foreign ministers in Vienna and underscored the need to maintain diplomatic progress. The President and King also reaffirmed the importance of providing robust support to the moderate Syrian opposition and discussed its role in future peace efforts. Additionally, they exchanged ideas on how best to support the Iraqi Government’s efforts to combat ISIL.
Finally, the two leaders discussed the humanitarian imperative to end the fighting in Yemen.
