AF1 landed at the Antayla International Airport at 6:56 am local time (11:56 pm Eastern time). POTUS deplaned and we are rolling in the motorcade at 7:09 am local time.

The flight to turkey was totally uneventful. There was one readout sent about the morning NSC meeting, but you all should have seen that hours ago. Your pooled pressed repeatedly for some further briefing during the flight by national security staff on the Paris attacks. Alas, that request was not fulfilled. There were no briefings or gaggles during the flight and no sighting of POTUS.

We do expect to hear from POTUS briefly during a pool spray at the end of the bilateral meeting with President Erdogan of Turkey. The pool spray is likely to come around 5 am eastern time.

Your pool has not received any updates on any possible changes or updates to the G20 schedule to reflect the Paris attacks. But the WH has suggested that we stay flexible.

Nihat ZeyBekci, Minister of the Economy
