Ahead of a roundtable discussion with students and state legislators, Vice President Joe Biden toured welding technology facilities at Manchester Community College Tuesday afternoon.

Manchester Community College students Chris Scales, Riley Brown and Joshua Lebeau showed Biden three pieces of machinery during the tour: an axis welding robot, a submerged arc welder and a CNC plasma cutting system. Anthony Hanna, a teacher in the program, directed Biden's walk through the facilities.

At the end of the tour, Lebeau presented the vice president with moose cutout that was made using the plasma cutting system.
