Subject: WH Travel Pool 4/10 #12: Arrival Hotel El Panama
Motorcade arrived 4:32pm but pool held in vans for a bit before making our way to hotel entrance. There we yet again faced a local security issue -- pool was denied access to hotel by local security despite intervention from press office and embassy staff.
POTUS had already begun his remarks by the time we entered. But event is open press.
