POTUS deplaned at 2:23 and greeted the following officials on the tarmac:
Joe Donnelly, U.S. Senator
Pete Buttigieg, Mayor of South Bend
Andrew Kostielney, President of the Commissioners, St. Joseph County.
After an amiable looking but brief chat, POTUS jaunted over to a viewing pen to shake some hands.
At 2:28 pm the motorcade is en route from the South Bend airport.
