Subject: WH Travel Pool Report #2
President Obama and other NATO leaders were gathered around a vast
oval-shaped table inside a gargantuan pre-fab structure that has been
erected on the playing field of Poland's national stadium.
When pool was led into the room, the session was wrapping up. NATO
Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, seated to Obama's left, was
summarizing the results of the meeting. He was too far from the pool's
position to hear clearly enough to report quotes.
POTUS listened to Stoltenberg but did not speak while the pool was in
the room. At one point, he turned to his right and chatted with
Britain's defense secretary, Michael Fallon, who was occupying the
US defense secretary Ashton Carter was seated behind the president.
After the meeting adjourned, POTUS exited by a door on the far side of
the room. Spotted walking past the pool was PM Justin Trudeau of
