Pool was ushered into the Oval Office at 10:21 am.

POTUS and President Moon were sitting in the usual pair of chairs at the end of the room opposite the desk. Both men wore dark suits. POTUS was wearing a striped blue tie and President Moon was wearing a dark green tie.

POTUS spoke for 90 seconds:

"I wanted to thank the President of South Korea for being here."

"We had a great afternoon yesterday. We had a fantastic dinner at the White House. We accomplished a lot having to do with our thoughts on North Korea and our thoughts on trade."

"We are renegotiating a trade deal right now as we speak with South Korea and hopefully it will an equitable deal, a fair deal to both parties. It’s been a rough deal for the United States but I think that it will be much different for the United States….We are in the process of doing that."

"We are also in the process of discussing our many options…We have many options with response to North Korea."

POTUS did not respond to several shouted questions about Morning Joe hosts or your pooler's question about his upcoming meeting with President Putin.

President Moon spoke through a translator. His remarks to come.
