The motorcade started rolling away from the Eiffel Tower at 11:38 pm

Your pooler did not see POTUS and FLOTUS enter the motorcade but a White House aide said they are in the beast. Their dinner date with President Macron and Brigitte Macron seems to have lasted about an hour and 50 minutes. The elevator descended from the restaurant at around 11:35 pm.

At 11 pm, the press pool saw the Eiffel Tower light up with sparkling lights for about five minutes, as it does regularly on the hour. We assume POTUS and FLOTUS saw the display from their table inside the restaurant.

On the menu, according to a print out provided by the US Embassy was the following:

Selection of pate
Tomato, Eggplant, Zuccchini
Dover sole, spinach, Hollandaise
Filet of beef, brioche with foie, soufflé potato, truffle sauce
Warm strawberry w/ yogurt sorbet
Hot Chocolate soufflé with chocolate ice cream

Also, at the beginning of the dinner, your pooler saw the chef of the restaurant, Alan Ducasse, greeting the two couples at their table.

Next stop: the Ambassador's residence.
