POTUS finished speaking at 10:31 pm and left the stage three minutes later. He walked the short distance to Marine One and then paused and gave one final wave to the crowd before boarding.
Pool was quickly ushered back to the osprey and did not see Marine One depart.
We lifted off at 10:43 pm.
