Pool was brought out to the South Lawn at 7pm for the annual congressional picnic, which began at 6 o'clock.

The lawn was packed with families of members, young Hill staffers and White House aides. Children with patriotic face paint ran around on the grass while the U.S. Marine Corps Band played crowd favorites.

A few of the most popular songs: My Country 'Tis of Thee, the Indiana Jones theme song and The Wells Fargo Wagon, from the critically adored 1962 film "The Music Man."

Members of Congress mingled with each other near white and yellow tents, where attendees helped themselves to a spread of picnic-friendly items.

To the left of the lawn was a small carousel surrounded by trees and a line of impatient parents.

Your pooler requested a list of members who RSVP'd but has not received one. Below is a list of folks who've been spotted so far in no particular order:

GOP pollster Frank Luntz
Attorney General Jeff Sessions
House Speaker Paul Ryan
Kellyanne Conway

Rep. Jared Polis
Sen. Richard Shelby
Sen. Any Klobucher
Rep. Virginia Foxx
Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers
Rep. Mark Sanford
Sen. Lisa Murkowski
