Air Force One was wheels down at a sunny Bismarck Municipal Airport at 2:34 PM local time.

POTUS deplaned at 3:46 PM, waving to several dozen supporters standing on the tarmac behind a metal gate.

He was followed by Mnuchin, Ivanka Trump, Sen. Hoeven, Sen. Heitkamp and Rep. Cramer. Kelly and Schiller followed next.

After saluting the Air Force personnel on the tarmac, POTUS walked over to the supporters to shake hands.

"Your governor is here, your senators are here. They're all here," he remarked.

POTUS took photos with several young children before boarding The Beast.

An upbeat POTUS came back to speak to the press for three minutes at the beginning of the flight, announcing he had reached a three-month deal on lifting the debt ceiling, government funding and Harvey relief during his meeting with congressional leaders earlier today.

He also gave a readout of his call with Chinese President Xi Jinping. POTUS said the call lasted 45 minutes and said that Xi is “very much in favor of the de-nuke of North Korea.”

You should have all received a transcript of this chat from the White House press office. Regretfully, your pooler could not provide an update earlier because there is no signal on board the smaller AF1.

Chief of staff John Kelly spoke briefly with reporters off-the-record following POTUS’ gaggle.

White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters and legislative affairs director Marc Short gaggled with reporters for 11 minutes at the end of the flight.

Walters announced POTUS spoke with the governors of Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands regarding preparations for Hurricane Irma.

“While we continue to focus on the critical rebuilding and recovery efforts in Texas, we are closely monitoring Hurricane Irma,” she said. “We urge all residents and tourists in Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands to listen to local authorities during this dangerous storm. The White House, FEMA and all federal agency partners stand ready to assist.”

She also said that POTUS and FLOTUS have decided to donate $1 million to 12 different charitable organizations, including the American Red Cross and the ASPCA, assisting with Hurricane Harvey relief.

You should have all the names in your inbox via the press office.
